Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 3–8 business days after the order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier services, weather conditions, or other external factors. Any significant delays will be communicated to customers.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email or SMS (where applicable). This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Courier Services

We work with trusted UK courier partners, including:

  • DPD UK

  • Royal Mail

  • Yodel

The courier used for your order will be selected based on your location and service availability.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

All parcels are closely monitored until delivery. In the rare event of a lost or delayed parcel:

  • We will investigate and verify the issue with the courier before taking action.

  • If a parcel is confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be provided upon request.
